Remove a couple config files from the JS bindings (#1197)

Summary: Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/yoga/pull/1197 Removes a couple config files from the last version of the JS bindings I accidentally left in https://github.com/facebook/yoga/pull/1177. We can remove: 1. The .flowconfig because there isn't any more Flow 2.
