We are planning on overhauling NodeToString to output JSON instead of HTML for the purposes of better benchmarking and capturing trees in JSON format to benchmark later. This gives us a bit of a headache as we have to revise several build files to ensure this new library works, ensure that it is only included in certain debug builds, and deal with the benchmark <-> internal cross boundary that arises as the benchmark code (which is a separate binary) tries to interact with it.
On top of it all this is really not used at all.
The plan is to rip out this functionality and just put it in a separate binary that one can include if they really want to debug. That means that it cannot exist in the public API, so I am removing it here.

Separate from `YGConfigSetPrintTreeFlag` we have a public API `YGNodeSetPrintFunc` which sets a function called, if you manually change a constant in source code during debugging.
This is not debug-only, is exposed as part of the public API (without a way to turn it on from the public API), and takes up a pointer per node doing nothing.
I'm not aware of anyone recently using the capability, and the tracing/event related work done since then would be more powerful for this anyway.
Remove the API.

React native supports transforms and if a node has a transform it will [form a containing block for absolute descendants regardless of position type](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/Containing_block#identifying_the_containing_block). So we need to pass that information into Yoga to ensure this happens.
The verbiage for the field "alwaysFormsContainingBlock" is very specific. In a vacuum a node cannot simply "form a containing block". It only forms a containing block in reference to a different node. This can be illustrated in a scenario where we have a static node that is a flex container which has 1 absolute child and 1 relative child. This static node will form a containing block for the relative child but not the absolute one. We could just pass the information on rather something has a transform or not but Yoga is not supposed to know about transforms in general. As a result we have a notion of "always" forming a containing block. Since Yoga is a flexbox spec, non-absolute nodes' containing blocks will ways be their parent. If we add something like a transform to a node then that will also apply to absolute nodes - hence we can say the node will **always** form a CB, no matter who is the descendant.

Yoga passes `MeasureMode`/`YGMeasureMode` to express constraints in how a box should be measured, given definite or indefinite available space.
This is modeled after Android [MeasureSpec](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/view/View.MeasureSpec), with a table above `calculateLayoutImpl()` explaining the CSS terms they map to. This can be confusing when flipping between the spec, and code.
This switches internal usages to the CSS terms, but leaves around `YGMeasureMode` since it is the public API passed to measure functions.

This diff adds a top level `node` directory for code related to Yoga nodes and data structures on them (inc moving `YGLayout` to `LayoutResults`).
The public API for config handles is `YGNodeRef`, which is forward declared to be a pointer to a struct named `YGNode`. The existing `YGNode` is split into `yoga::Node`, as the private C++ implementation, inheriting from `YGNode`, a marker type represented as an empty struct. The public API continues to accept `YGNodeRef`, which continues to be `YGNode *`, but it must be cast to its concrete internal representation at the API boundary before doing work on it.
This change ends up needing to touch quite a bit, due to the amount of code that mixed and matched private and public APIs. Don't be scared though, because these changes are very mechanical, and Phabricator's line-count is 3x the actual amount due to mirrors and dirsyncs.

1. Some of the C++ internals are namespaced, but others not.
2. Some of the namespaces include `detail`, but are meant to be used outside of the translation unit (FB Clang Tidy rules warn on any usage of these)

Adds internal helpers to YGConfig to make bit manipulation more readable. We also expose `hasErrata()` to YGNode beacuse checking that will be a common pattern. We intentionally don't add mutating functions to the node, since current model is to inval a node on commiting whole config.

Fabric relies on the private C++ internals of Yoga. This creates a conundrum in the open source build due to how header creation in Cocoapods works.
1. The default mechanism of specifying public headers needs to include the private headers for them to be made usable by fabric (by default)
2. Cocoapods will roll up all of the public headers when importing a module
https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/33381 fixed the Fabric Cocoapods build which ran into this. React Native relies on FlipperKit which relies on YogaKit, which in turn finally imports the Yoga podspec. Because YogaKit may use Swift, we can only expose the public Yoga C ABI.
The first solution in that PR was to allow RN to access Yoga private headers, but this was changed to instead make all Yoga headers public, and to add ifdefs to all of them to no-op when included outside of a C++ environment.
Talking to Kudo, we should be able to change back to the earlier approach in the PR, to instead expose the private headers to only RN. This lets us avoid exposing headers that we ideally wouldn't be, and lets us avoid the messy ifdefs in every Yoga header.

Cleans up some of the changes to UseWebDefaults that were made in the interest of moving it outside of YGConfig. It still exists in YGConfig, but also exists on the node.
We also assert on null config, or when someone tries to change UseWebDefaults after creating a node (since right now YGStyle does not know the difference between unset vs set explicitly to what would normally be default).
Removes a peculiar constructor which was added to avoid config setting.

D15296732 added a byte to each YGNode exposed via private API, to stash random junk in. At the time, not adding to node size because of how fields ended up aligning. I'm not sure if this is still the case, but this is subject to change (e.g. adding a single extra flag).
There is a per-node "context" already that can store arbitrary data, and this reserved space isn't public, so this API is already a bit suspect.
The only place it is used is in instrumentation in fbandroid, enabled only in benchmarks, to store an enum to forward to QPL for what framework it thinks created the Yoga Node.
This is already broken for React Native (worked for Paper only), and afaict isn't used anywhere. But it also has little reason to be caching more information on the node (beyond maybe saving a couple memory accesses) since it derives this information from the node config already.
This removes the field.

BitUtils functions in Yoga are like bit fields, with more steps, and more error prone (you need to work with explicit offsets which can be tricky for anything variable length). Replace usage with a bitfield struct. Eventually I'd like to remove the BitUtils functions in general.

YGNode::setConfig was deprecated as part of D15416474 in an apparent goal to remove config pointers per-Node.
While I don't know the history of the motivation here, these config pointers were never removed, and we will be doubling down on per-node configs for StrictLayout, so we will want to undeprecate this.
This also exposes functions to the public C ABI, but I didn't spend the effort to create language projections for it.

This extracts the core changes from https://github.com/facebook/yoga/pull/1116, to support gap/row-gap/column-gap, mostly identical, apart from the rename of gaps -> gutters.
The core functionality in this PR looks to be well tested from the fixtures added. I am not an expert in the internals of Yoga, but I am seeing everything that I would expect to. The space for the gap is accounted for in line-breaking, and the accumulated gaps limit the available line-length, before sizing flexible children, so items are sized correctly as to accommodate the gap. Then the gap is used for spacing during main axis and cross-axis justification.

Summary:
This pull request adds `YGNode.h` and `YGStyle.h` to the headers exported by Yoga's podspec. They are required by the new Fabric architecture of React Native.
The modulemap and its umbrella header automatically generated by Cocoapods adds all exported headers to the `modulemap`. Having YGNode and YGStyle exported through here has problems, because they are only available in environments that have C++ available, and will produce errors otherwise.
This pull request fences off the contents of those headers in an `#ifdef __cplusplus` block, so they will not cause errors when imported into environments where C++ isn't available.
I had considered adding a custom modulemap to the podspec as part of this pull request, but this way seems the least "invasive", and this way you are able to add and remove exported headers in the podspec without needing to worry about updating the umbrella header at the same time.

In addition, Rust considers `/**` to be a doc comment (similar to Javadoc) and having such a comment at the beginning of the file causes `rustc` to barf.
Note that some JavaScript tooling requires `/**`. This is OK since JavaScript files were not covered by the linter in the first place, but it would be good to have that tooling fixed too.

Here, we replace it with a free function in `Yoga.cpp`.
Now that we have events, the diffing functionality should go into a separate debugging package and be implemented in terms of an event listener. Let's do that as soon as we can support multiple listeners.

In order to remove the config pointer from nodes, we have to keep track of whether the node is using web defaults.
This information fits into one bit that we can place in padding (i.e. no extra memory needed).
This allows us to get rid of config usage withing `YGNode` with some exceptions:
- `iterChildrenAfterCloningIfNeeded` -- this function will simply receive the configuration, or the cloning callback.
- `setAndPropogateUseLegacyFlag` -- will be removed in D15316863
- in `YGNode::reset` -- will go away utomatically once we remove the config pointer

In order to encapsulate property access on `YGStyle`, as a first measure we wrap all fields with accessors.
This will e.g. enable dynamic property storage and instrumentation in the future.
All accessors have a `const` version that allows direct access via `const&`. For mutation, bit fields are wrapped with a custom reference object.
This style allows for the least amount of changes in client code. Property access simply needs appended parens, eg `style.direction` becomes `style.direction`.

Having assignment operators for `YGNode` means that existing children on the node assigned to would have to be handled somehow.
Deallocating might be incorrect. Ignoring might leak.
Here, we `delete` copy assignment, and make move assignment private (it is used in `YGNode::reset()`).
Copy and move constructors *can* be implemented. The move constructor has to take ownership of the children, while the copy constructor leaves ownership untouched. Since children are copied lazily during layout, this does not expose true value semantics. We should consider removing the copy constructor, too.

Limit child cloning to layout calculation. This also allows for mixing shared and owned children.
Rationale:
We do allow for shared children if the caller manages themselves. The single known use case is React Native.
So far, we have cloned children eagerly whenever child lists are mutated, or layout is run. This was to allow for a quick check of the owner of any first child, assuming that either *all* or *no* child of a node are shared.
For Yoga/Java, we want to get rid of global weak JNI refs, and these are also used to invoke clone callbacks. We can achieve that goal by switching to an alternative approach, passing additional data to the layout pass. This additional data has to be passed to any configured cloning callback. Therefore, it is desirable to **only call cloning functions during the layout pass.**
The obvious solution seems to be to not uphold the invariant of the first child determining shared/owned state of all siblings, and allow for a mix of shared and own children.

Removes `YGNodeGetPrintFunc`, and encapsulates node printing within `YGNode`.
This is necessary for allowing for context-aware callback functions, which will ultimately allow for removal of weak global JNI references.
On a side node, the printing logic does not seem to be well thought through: print functions print as a side effect to whatever output they choose. Printing that uses callbacks is printing to different output streams or strings, though.
We need to consolidate Yoga debugging, and make it all more stringent.

Stricter encapsulation of baseline and measure callbacks withing `YGNode`.
Instead of invoking these callbacks directly (`node->getBaseline()(...)`), they are invoked via methods on `YGNode` (`node->baseline(...)`).
This change will allow us to add the concept of a *Layout Context,* where measure and baseline functions will be able to receive an additional `void *` argument if configured accordingly. This API will be used internally for Yoga’s JNI bindings, to avoid storing a weak JNI reference for each node, and avoid reference table overflows.
