Lukas Wöhrl	37c48257ae	Move configuration to new YGConfig and pass them down to CalculateLayout Summary: Move configuration to new ```YGConfig``` and pass them down to CalculateLayout. See #418 . Adds ```YGConfigNew()``` + ```YGConfigFree```, and changed ```YGSetExperimentalFeatureEnabled``` to use the config. New function for calculation is ```YGNodeCalculateLayoutWithConfig```. Emil Sjolander	0bcec80dfe	BREAKING - Fix sizing of container with child overflowing parent Summary: Fixes issue brought up in https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/10603 The gist of the problem is that in css it is fine for a child to overflow a parent if it feels the need to, we were not respecting this. Move configuration to new YGConfig and pass them down to CalculateLayout

Summary:
Move configuration to new ```YGConfig``` and pass them down to CalculateLayout. See #418 .

Adds ```YGConfigNew()``` + ```YGConfigFree```, and changed ```YGSetExperimentalFeatureEnabled``` to use the config.

The gist of the problem is that in css it is fine for a child to overflow a parent if it feels the need to, we were not respecting this.
