5fa42cd1b0 Remove Style prefix in java and cs apis 
Summary: The Style prefix does not make sense in the java and c# api and only a few methods had it. This diff removes the last of those.

7e4bb732ff Introduce CSSNode.Create API 
Summary:
Add a convenience construction method for CSSNode.

    CSSNode node = CSSNode.Create(
        positionType: CSSPositionType.Absolute,
        wrap: CSSWrap.Wrap,
        position: new Spacing(top:6, right:4),
        margin: new Spacing(bottom:5, left:3));
