Summary:
Here we introduce an abstraction over node property storage, in order to experiment with different approaches for Java/C integration.

- interface `YogaNodeProperties` as abstraction
- current JNI code factored into `YogaNodePropertiesJNI.java`
- `YogaNode` delegates all calls, no API changes
