Summary: Ref: [Secrets documentation](https://help.github.com/en/actions/configuring-and-managing-workflows/creating-and-storing-encrypted-secrets#using-encrypted-secrets-in-a-workflow) In combination with setting the secrets in the GitHub settings, this should fully migrate yoga to GH actions.
