Summary: **what is the change?:** Adding a document linking to the Facebook Open Source Code of Conduct, for visibility and to meet Github community standards. **why make this change?:** Facebook Open Source provides a Code of Conduct statement for all projects to follow. Exposing the COC via a separate markdown file is a standard being promoted by Github via the Community Profile in order to meet their Open Source Guide's recommended community standards. As you can see, adding this file will complete [Yoga's Community Profile](https://github.com/facebook/yoga/community) checklist and increase the visibility of our COC. # Contributing to yoga

We want to make contributing to this project as easy and transparent as

## Code of Conduct

## Pull Requests
|

We actively welcome your pull requests.
|
|
1. Fork the repo and create your branch from `master`.
|
|
2. If you've added code that should be tested, add tests
|
|
3. If you've changed APIs, update the documentation.
|
|
4. Ensure the test suite passes.
|
|
5. Make sure your code lints.
|
|
6. If you haven't already, complete the Contributor License Agreement ("CLA").

disclosure of security bugs. In those cases, please go through the process
|
|
outlined on that page and do not file a public issue.
